I explain test results to you in calm, understandable terms, sort and organize your medical records, accompany you to doctor’s appointments (including with a driver service, if desired), coordinate appointments, and help you regain clarity and confidence. So that you don’t feel alone during this difficult time and can focus on what matters most.
With over 35 years of experience in the healthcare sector, I have firsthand knowledge of the processes and medical terminology (see Qualifications). Questions are expressly encouraged.

- Consultation Packages
- Phone Consultation: €45.00 (Duration: up to 60 minutes)
- Explanatory Package (Initial Consultation): €120.00 (Duration: 2 hours – Joint organization of documents and explanation of existing findings)
- Doctor’s Appointment Support Package: €150.00 (flat rate for up to 3 hours, including preparation and follow-up; each additional hour is charged at €45.00)

- Highly Qualified Service: €65.00 / hour (Researching treatment options, explaining complex diagnoses, preparing handouts to help you prepare for doctor’s appointments)
- Standard service: €55.00/hour (explaining test results, coordinating appointments, organizing medical records)
- Basic accompaniment: €45.00/hour (transportation accompaniment and waiting time during doctor’s appointments)

Scope of Services: The services offered consist exclusively of consultation, organization, and knowledge transfer. No medical diagnoses are made, and no medical treatments are performed. My services do not replace a visit to a qualified doctor or therapist.
Foreign Language Surcharge: “For consultations and support provided in English, I charge a 20% surcharge on the above-mentioned rates due to the increased preparation time and the use of specialized terminology.”
